Arrival in Sri Lanka
- Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), representative from Tourguys (Pvt) Ltd will extend a warm welcome with a traditional orchid garland.
- Visit Munneswaram Hindu Temple, where it is believed King Rama prayed to Lord Shiva to atone for the Brahmahasti Dosha. Following his penance, Lord Shiva blessed him and instructed the installation of four lingams at five sacred sites—making this a key location in the Ramayana Trail.
- Continue to Manavari Temple, where the first Siva lingam worshipped by Lord Rama was consecrated. Known as Ramalingam, this temple holds special spiritual importance in Ramayana pilgrimages.

Anuradhapura and Trincomalee
- Explore the Ancient City of Anuradhapura, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the cradle of Sinhalese Buddhist civilization, known for its magnificent stupas, monastic complexes, and vast reservoirs.
- Proceed to Trincomalee to visit Thirukoneswaram Temple, believed to have been built by sage Agasthyar under divine instruction from Lord Shiva as a tribute to King Ravana's unwavering devotion.
- Visit the scenic Lover’s Leap viewpoint.
- Enjoy a guided city tour of Trincomalee, discovering its coastal charm and historic landmarks.

Matale and Kandy
- After breakfast, relax at Trincomalee’s pristine beaches and explore local attractions.
- Journey to Sigiriya and climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient frescoes and breathtaking views.
- En route to Kandy, visit the Spice Garden in Matale to learn about Sri Lanka’s renowned spice heritage.
- Arrive in Kandy, the cultural capital nestled in the hills and home to the last kingdom of the Sinhalese. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and take a scenic city tour, including a visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens.

Kandy Exploration
- After breakfast, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you can observe, feed, and watch elephants bathe in the river.
- Return to Kandy and stroll through the Royal Botanical Gardens, known for its diverse flora and tranquil setting.
- In the evening, experience a cultural performance featuring traditional Kandyan dance and drumming.

Nuwara Eliya Mistyland
- Depart for Nuwara Eliya, known as "Little England" for its cool climate and colonial charm.
- On the way, stop at the Bhaktha Hanuman Temple in Ramboda, built by the Chinmaya Mission. It is believed Hanuman searched for Sita near this sacred site.
- Visit the Gayathri Peedam, believed to be sanctified by Lord Shiva in honor of King Ravana’s son.
- Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Nuwara Eliya, including tea plantations, Gregory Lake, and colonial architecture.

Whispers of a Mythological Love Story in the Mountains
- After breakfast, visit the Sita Amman Temple, the only temple in Sri Lanka dedicated to Princess Sita. Close by is Ashoka Vatika, now part of the Hakgala Botanical Gardens, where Sita is believed to have been held captive.
- Continue your journey to Kataragama, stopping at several key Ramayana sites:
- Divurumpola Temple, where Sita’s fire trial (Agni Pariksha) took place.
- Ravana Falls and Ravana Caves in Ella, linked to the Ramayana legends.
- The underwater pond, said to be associated with Sita’s captivity.
Overnight stay in Kataragama.
The Eternal Shrine of Lord Kataragama
- After breakfast, visit the revered Kataragama Temple, dedicated to Lord Skanda.
- Head to Ussangoda National Park, thought to be a scorched area from Ravana’s time and possibly one of the ancient airfields for his Pushpaka Vimana.
- Proceed to Galle, stopping at:
- Rumassala Hill, believed to contain fragments of the Sanjeevani herb mountain brought by Hanuman.
- Seenigama Temple in Hikkaduwa, linked to a historic battle from the Ramayana.
- Explore the charming Galle Dutch Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its preserved colonial architecture.
Overnight stay in Colombo.
Departure
- Visit the Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple in Colombo, the first temple in Sri Lanka dedicated to Lord Hanuman in his five-faced (Panchamuga) form.
- Enjoy a Colombo city tour, visiting attractions such as the Lotus Tower, Colombo National Museum, and key colonial sites.
- Visit the Kelaniya Buddhist Temple, associated with the coronation of Vibhishana, brother of Ravana, as ruler of Lanka after Ravana’s defeat.
- Return to the hotel for check-out and then proceed to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure. Your guide will assist you with your transfer.
