Heladiva Lion Odyssey

13 Nights

14 Days

This tour begins with a gentle welcome in the coastal town of Negombo, easing you into the Sri Lankan way of life with visits to colonial churches, a bustling fish market, and tranquil canal cruises. The journey then progresses inland to the cultural heartlands—from the historic Lion Rock Fortress in Sigiriya to the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic in Kandy, each stop brings you closer to the soul of the island.

You’ll traverse scenic mountain roads into the emerald hills of Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England,” and hike through the Horton Plains National Park, home to the breathtaking World’s End viewpoint. A picturesque train ride to Ella offers stunning views of lush tea plantations and mountain valleys—a highlight for many.

For the adventurous, the itinerary includes thrilling activities such as ziplining in Ella, white-water rafting in Kitulgala, and optional rope-jumping or ATV rides. Nature lovers will relish encounters with wildlife on a jeep safari in Yala National Park and a whale watching cruise in Mirissa, offering opportunities to witness elephants, leopards, and blue whales in their natural habitats.
